With increasing demand for automotive LEDs, Taiwan High Power LED packaging company-ProLight Opto achieved

ISO/TS16949 certificate in January 2016.

The quality of ProLight’s Automotive LED components is certified to TS16949, and the LEDs themselves are

AEC_Q101 certified. ProLight’s LEDs with high quality, efficiency, delivery and cost/performance ratio are recognized

by many Taiwan and international automotive supply chains.

Since 2010, ProLight has entered LED automotive market and launched car headlamp series for 2-chips, 3-chips,

4-chips and 5-chips, which designed with exclusive AlN ceramic package technology to avoid the patent issue, and

also provide a better heat dissipating. Compact chip layout allows much simpler optical design and highly refined

cut-off lines. ProLight’s automotive LEDs’ dimensions, footprint and optical spec are compatible with Osram, which

makes it easier to design into all headlamp application, such as car headlamp, motorcycle headlamp.

Also launched 3030 / 3020 / 2016 and 1616 4 package types, which can apply to car interior light, daytime running lamp

and turning lamp and so on. Especially PC Amber color, deliver high lumen and soft color.
